Today I had my first meeting to start rewrites on a script entitled FACADES. It’s been about 12 years in the making for Doug Demarco. He works with Jerry Koedding, a producer at Wave Films in Singapore, who read my script RELATIVE STATE for SYS’s Six Figure Screenplay Contest. It was very surreal to learn that Jerry was so impressed with my writing style that he shared my script with Doug. Doug loved RELATIVE STATE and felt I could bring the female voice he’d been looking for to the main character of FACADES. I’m truly looking forward to what this journey will bring and the lessons I’ll learn working with a their production team.
